- From your point of view, how is best defined the relation within Kung Fu and everyday life?: is it a technique for health, a practice for moving energy, a kind of mental and physical discipline, a self defense tool or another?
- What may a person expect, from the discipline development point of view, if he/she begins training late in its life?. Also, which is the best age to begin training?, is there a maximum (limit) age?
- How is budhism expressed in the practice of Kung Fu?
